Stewart Homes is presently expanding its operations in both Pickering and Peterborough and is actively looking for qualified employees.  Part-time and full-time positions in both areas including weekend, evening and overnight shifts are often available.  If you are an RPN, DSW, EA, SSW, CYW, ECE or hold other, similar qualifications and are interested in working with special children and adults in programs like those pictured on this site, please contact us.

Stewart Homes no longer hires employees who have just a PSW certificate.  Occasionally university students in nursing programs are hired part time during their university career.   

Stewart Homes, as a matter of policy, attempts to fill all positions from front line staff to senior management through the promotion of current employees.  Jobs that are not filled by internal applicants will either be offered to applicants who have sent us a resume or will be advertised.

Resumes sent to Stewart Homes, either unsolicited or in response to advertisements, are normally kept on file for six months.  If you have sent us your resume, it is a good idea to call every few months to ensure that it has been kept on file and has not been misplaced.
